In this episode I interview Matthew Burgess. Matthew is a partner of the legal firm McCullough Robertson, a fiercely independent law firm based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Matthew talks of his journey to implementing value pricing inside a firm which is built on the billable hour. Recently even Matthew has been able stop filling out timesheets. During this episode Matthew talks about his views on the profession, value pricing and then gives some great advice for people on this journey to value pricing.
