Toby talks in detail how when he was exposed to the idea that value is in the eye of the beholder how that it changed his business outlook. From looking to what worked internally to totally directing the business outwards by understanding what is of value to the customer.
Toby represented Australia at the 2004 Olympics in the rough and tumble sport of Water Polo. In this interview he talks about some of the lessons he learn’t from ascending to the heights of representing his country over 200 times.
