On the 100th episode of the podcast I bring Jayden Major on the podcast.
Jayden Major is my son who runs his own business – Geckobyte Technology. Jayden’s business helps others with podcast and cloud application development. Jayden is responsible for the editing and the final production of the podcast. On this episode Jayden turns the tables and interviews me.

What has surprised you over that time?
The support from the guests. Also the clarity of where the future is heading.

Challenges – coping with the pace of change and also remaining relevant.
Following on from that what do you think are the opportunities for the accounting industry?
Given the huge technology advances we now have the ability easier than ever before to help guide small business owners on a journey of transformation.
Now you said that one of the key opportunities is helping small business owners make informed decisions about growing their business. What then are reasons that firms struggle to take advantage of this opportunity
They don’t have
- A Focused product offering
- Clear methodology
- Ability to communicate the value of these services.
